The application is intended for companies that deal with physical and technical security of facilities, surveillance, access control and organization of work of employees in the field. It represents a centralized information solution for managing clients, facilities, employees, shifts, tours, incidents, equipment and daily operational activities.

The system allows for records of all clients and facilities that are subject to security, including locations, contact persons, contracted services, working hours, level and type of protection, special instructions for each facility, as well as documentation related to the contract and provision of services.

A separate part of the application is intended for employee management and shift organization. It is possible to create work schedules, assign employees to specific facilities and shifts, record arrival and departure from the workplace, change shifts, monitor absences and review employee engagement by facilities and time periods.

For the purposes of operational surveillance, the application allows for defining checkpoints and mandatory tours of the facility. The security worker can confirm the completed tour via mobile phone, record the time of the control and enter an observation. If necessary, the system can use QR/NFC checkpoints or GPS location as additional confirmation that the control was performed at the intended location.

The application contains a module for recording incidents and emergencies. The employee can record an incident, describe the event, determine its category and severity level, add photos and other documentation, and record the actions taken. Responsible persons can automatically receive notifications about events that require an urgent response.
